What's the difference between one-time credits and a subscription?
One-time credit packs are best for occasional use and do not auto-renew. Subscription plans offer lower credit costs, recurring monthly credits, and more long-term benefits such as faster queues and higher output tiers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users receive free credits upon sign-up — no credit card required. Start generating Seedance videos right away.
How are credits consumed?
Each video generation deducts credits based on the model, duration, and resolution. Paid plans also lower the credits required per job: Lite gets 10% off, Pro gets 20% off, and Premium gets 25% off.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Yearly plans save up to 50% compared to monthly billing and include commercial use rights. Monthly plans do not include commercial use. Other generation capabilities are otherwise largely the same.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase credit packs anytime without changing your plan. Or upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans can be canceled at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods, securely processed through Creem.
Do unused credits expire?
Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Credit pack validity is shown at the time of purchase.
Is generation speed different across plans?
Lite plans use standard generation speed. Pro and above unlock fast generation mode with priority resource allocation for quicker results.
